What ?

We’re making lunges fun again! An exploratory class that works as a warm-up for your legs, in which you won’t have the impression to practice lunges, nor to work your legs out – but I promise you will 😉

Why ?

I believe that every type of movement is interesting, or can at least be made interesting. For instance, lunges, if practiced in a fitness class, are the perfect example of boring to me.

By changing how we approach postures or exercises we don’t like (=finding ways to make them fun and engaging) we’re then expanding our movement repertoire and enjoying the benefits of these movements without  the feeling of ennui or displeasure associated with them. 

Props

A blanket or pillow to put under your knee (optional).
