A class that focuses on exploring the range of motion available in your hip joint through dynamic and fluid movements.

Why ?

No matter what our mobility or flexibility is like, the human hip has a lot of range of motion to work with ; however, it’s rare that we’re exploring it in its entirety throughout the day. For instance, very few situations in our daily lives give us the opportunity to lift our legs high, or to rotate our hips multidirectionaly. Hence why we’re exploring here a wide range of options available to move our hips in novel and uncomon ways.
