Gentle and mindful movements that we’ll practice on the floor, in order to help you relax and unwind. We will mainly target our hips and spines.
Do you sometimes feel that in order to complete a “successful” movement session, you need to feel your muscles working and your heart rate going ? Fret not, you don’t need to 😉 While it’s important to challenge our bodies from time to time and to get used to a certain amount of effort, it’s also important to know when to take it slow and to give our brains and bodies some rest.
This class is your buoy when you don’t feel that you have much energy, when you want something soft and soothing, when you know you should be moving, but you don’t feel like it.
None needed, but feel free to have your yoga mat or a blanket if you need more padding in certain positions.
