Being able to move our bodies quickly and reactively can be important, especially when we’re facing situations that may be hazardous (e.g. reacting quickly when a car drives towards us).
Training agility is therefore a good way to learn how to preserve the efficiency of our movements in a situation where we’ll have to react and act fast.
Profite bien !
This title is so poetic 😉 I had a lot of fun with the practice and it got my heart rate going. Usually I dislike jumping squats, but you presented them in a fun and engaging way that I did not mind doing it at all 😀 Thanks again!
Oooh good, I’m happy to read that! Fun makes all the difference; I’m also not a fan of jumping squats, especially when counting the sets and reps – I get easily bored and want to give up if it’s not engaging. And I’m glad you find the title poetic, it took me a while to find it! Luckily, the Merriam Webster online dictionary helped me in the naming quest 😀
