What ?
A flow class that, as the name suggests, will mainly target your neck, shoulders, and wrists. While the pace is chill, your joints will nonetheless get to work a little bit, so that you get both a feeling of accomplishment and relaxation at the end of the class.
Why ?
The neck, shoulders, and wrists, can often be a source of discomfort when we spend a lot of time working at a desk.
It’s important to remember that these discomforts aren’t a part of who we are, we aren’t doomed to live with them; they are often temporary and can often be soothed with movement.
Props
A book or yoga block and a blanket to put under your knees.
