What ?

In this class, we’ll introduce a ball to our practice and play with different coordination patterns to get your brain going.

Why ?

A ball is a great tool to help us work on skills that we can sometimes overlook in our movement practice, such as reactivity, agility, vision, and coordination.

It’s also a useful tool for movement exploration, as it allows us to discover new movement patterns and move in ways that we wouldn’t otherwise have thought of.

Props

A ball or a rolled-up pair of socks.
